Advanced All-on-4® Treatment Concept – Mastering Surgical and Prosthetic Protocols Featuring Hands-On Training with Human Cadavers This intensive two-day program is designed for clinicians with existing experience in the All-on-4® treatment concept who are looking to refine their surgical and prosthetic execution within a fully integrated and evidence-based framework. The course focuses on both digital and conventional workflows and is grounded in Dr Paulo Malo’s scientifically validated All-on-4® protocol—the only solution with long-term success data. Emphasis is placed on advanced case planning, precision in implant placement, and both provisional and definitive prosthetic outcomes. Course Highlights Include: In-depth case selection, diagnostics, and digital treatment planning Managing complex anatomical presentations and implant angulation strategies Immediate implant placement and loading protocols with guided vs. freehand approaches Surgical management of the Atrophic Maxilla including Zygomatic considerations. Design and delivery of provisional and final full-arch prostheses (CAD/CAM and conventional) Risk management, troubleshooting, and long-term follow-up strategies Integration of a full digital workflow from planning through to delivery A cornerstone of this program is the hands-on cadaver workshop, conducted on human specimens, providing an unmatched opportunity to practice and refine the All-on-4® surgical technique in a highly realistic, anatomy-true setting. Combining lectures, demonstrations, and practical hands-on training, this course provides a complete, immersive learning experience for experienced implant clinicians aiming to take their All-on-4® practice to the next level

This course introduces you to All-Tissue YSGG lasers and their expanding role in modern dentistry. From paediatrics to surgical extractions and even veneer removal, this technology is becoming an essential part of clinical practice.

You'll cover the basics of laser physics, safety, and the fundamentals of the Waterlase (YSGG) system—both for your own understanding and as part of the learning required for the WCLI Associate Fellowship Exam.

At the end of the theory component, you’ll have the option to sit the WCLI Associate Fellowship Exam. It’s important to complete the online Waterlase Physics and Safety Training Course beforehand, as this is a required prerequisite.

The day will also include a session on the clinical applications of all-tissue lasers, backed by research and real-world case studies. This will help you confidently integrate laser dentistry into your daily practice.

This course is open to all clinicians, and auxiliaries are welcome to attend.
