Payment solutions available through dentevents.com

Accepting payments from delegates online goes hand-in-hand with accepting registrations online.

Dentevents.com offers a range of options to accept payments using credit cards, PayPal and accounts, as well as for FREE events.

Multiple options are offered to provide ways of minimising the "transactional cost" of accepting payments online and also to allow event organisers to receive course fees faster.

Dentevents.com can connect directly to the existing online credit card merchant facility you have in place with your bank or financial institution using the eway.com.au payment gateway. When your delegate enters their Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc) information on the Dentevents.com payment page, the payment is processed directly through your merchant facility and into your bank account overnight.

The typical charges for this service are as follows:

  • Credit Card merchant fee - at the rate negotiated with your bank (~1-3%)
  • eway gateway fee - around 60¢ - per transaction
  • Dentevents.com registration fee - $5 ($4 if you have a PREMIUM ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION) - per delegate

Accept Credit Cards with LIVE processing by Dentevents

Dentevents.com can accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) on your behalf. Course fees are remitted to you at the conclusion of the event.

The charges for this service are as follows:

  • 3% Credit Card processing fee charged by Dentevents
  • Dentevents.com registration fee - $5 ($4 if you have a PREMIUM ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION) - per delegate

Accept Credit Cards or PayPal with LIVE processing using PayPal.com

Dentevents.com can connect directly to your PayPal account. The Dentevents.com payment page links directly to PayPal for processing of their credit card or PayPal account directly into your PayPal account.

The charges for this service are as follows:

$5 per delegate

$4 on Annual Subscription
Accept Credit Cards processed OFFLINE using your merchant account

When your delegate enters their Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc) information on the Dentevents.com payment page, this information is encrypted and stored securely. You must then log into the portal and retrieve this information for processing through your existing credit card merchant facility.

The charges for this service are as follows:

  • Credit Card merchant fee - at the rate negotiated with your bank (~1-3%)
  • Dentevents.com registration fee - $5 ($4 if you have a PREMIUM ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION) - per delegate

Accept Account payments

If your organisation offers your customers Credit Accounts, you can offer this as a payment option. The delegate's Account Name and Account Number are recorded at checkout. You then need to invoice the customer for payment per your normal accounting procedures.

FREE Events

Registrations for no payment/cost/free events can be accepted through Dentevents.com for no fee

$0 per delegate

Your event listing must be upgraded to PREMIUM, either singularly or as part of a PREMIUM ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION before registrations and payments can be accepted.
