This online program runs for 2 consecutive weeks, 2 hours each day. Dates: Thursday 05 & 12 February 2026 Times: 1:00pm - 3:00pm AEDT This course builds self-awareness and purpose while equipping you to lead others with confidence through change and challenge. Created to help clinicians and team members overcome today’s challenges with confidence, this course will help them master: - Self-awareness and emotional intelligence to build trust and clarity of purpose - Practical tools for leading others through change, challenge, and uncertainty - Flexible leadership skills to adapt under pressure while supporting team success Virtual Classroom 1: Know Yourself – Leading from the Inside Out Virtual Classroom 2: Leading Others Through Change and Challenge The online program runs for two weeks and will be delivered online via the Zoom platform with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement and specially designed videos that you can watch at your own pace. This program gives the participants several opportunities to skills practice in smaller groups. Each participant must log into their PrimeLearn account and complete the modules in consecutive order, including videos and quizzes to gain access to CPD points and certificates. You must attend both virtual classrooms live, this program doesn't offer a recording of the live sessions.
