Rochelle Fisher is the founder of Dental Assisting & Beyond and has over 28 years’ experience working in dentistry across the UK and Australia. Beginning her career chairside, she went on to specialise in implant surgery and now dedicates her work to training, mentoring, and empowering dental teams.
Rochelle was awarded Australian Dental Nurse of the Year in December 2025, recognising her significant contribution to clinical education, team development, and professional advocacy within the dental industry.
Through her workshops, corporate training, and online programs, Rochelle supports practices to refine clinical workflows, strengthen infection control standards, and build positive, sustainable team culture. She is a regular contributor to the British Dental Journal and Dental Nursing Journal (UK) and is currently writing her first book.
