His greatest strength is delivering education and training on infection control issues related to current Australian Standards. With his passion, he brings knowledge and experience from a hand on approach. Over the years, Michael's energy was recognised and he fast became an educator within the infection control industry to various councils and presented at other events. Speaking at the Public Health Unit (Sydney), Public Health School (Sydney) and requested by individual councils throughout VIC/NSW at their skin penetration workshops. Assisting/advising the NSW Health Department 2008-2011 in relation to Sterilization/Infection Control policies and protocols.
