Course Description
Lecture
The lecture will review the importance of professional subgingival biofilm management and examine the different techniques for biofilm removal around teeth. These principles will also be applied to implants, including discussion of how best to prevent peri-implant disease in our patients.
Hands-on Workshop
The hands-on workshop will demonstrate the correct techniques for ultrasonic and air polishing devices with practical application on simulation models. This valuable day course will help dental professionals maximise their clinical efficiency and patient comfort during periodontal treatment.
