This course will equip participants with practical expertise and advanced interrogation skills required to accurately analyse cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans. Through focused hands-on training and case-based learning, the course will enable participants to confidently manipulate software to create the correct multiplanar reconstructions to appropriately evaluate the structures of interest for many clinical situations.
- Indications for prescribing CBCT vs. Other modalities
- What radiation doses are our patients receiving
- How to correctly view the data set with MPR
- The difference between image interrogation and interpretation
- Introduction to AI in dental radiology
- Afternoon Hands-On CBCT Interrogation workshop
