Refine your scope of practice whilst using biomimetic material and the latest evolution of high strength glass hybrid restorative system for a better outcome for your patient. This technology provides a self-adhesive, bulk-fill restorative approach with similar handling, setting and aesthetics to conventional glass ionomer cements, but with enhanced physical properties for superior wear resistance, fracture toughness and durability for permanent restoration. Further strength is achieved when using a surface lamination technique with a single dispersion nanofiller and reinforced resin technologies.

Participants will have the opportunity to complete Class I and V restorations utilising the new glass hybrid material in a lamination technique. You will also learn how to protect erupting molars for a surface protection using Fuji VII EP. These conservative approaches of using Glass Hybrid material and conventional glass ionomer give you the potential to adopt direct restorative technique without compromising the aesthetics and increase the strength to the surrounding tooth structure.
