The ability to create functional splints in an end-to-end streamline workflow is a huge benefit to any lab or clinic. In this training you will learn how to use the numerous functions of the Splint Studio software including importing cases into Dental Desktop, using the virtual articulator to open and change bite, understand the concepts of using undercuts for retention and the design considerations for both printed and milled splints. As this in an interactive class, sharing screens is required.
Prerequisites: You must already be familiar with intraoral scanning and have 3Shape Splint Studio installed.
Target group: Chairside dentists and orthodontists as well as dental technicians who have experience with traditional splint treatments and now wish to start using fully digital workflows.
Duration: 2 hours
Number of participants: Maximum number of participants is 6.
