Single restorations have always been the biggest challenge for the dental team.

In the last 10 years, we have had great results with the IPS e.max® system, but Ivoclar Vivadent recently introduced a new powder range that makes our job even easier.

Previously in certain situations, like a layered cut back restoration, we had to mix different powders to achieve a bright result. Now we can use the Power powders to achieve a naturally bright restoration.

On this course, Szabolcs will show you his full protocol for layering a single restoration, including: photography, shade analysis, shade map, layering according to the shade map, morphology, surface texture and hand-polishing.

Szabolcs will also show you his advanced layering for single restorations using a photograph of a real case. The diagram of the layering will be included in the course booklet, along with other useful information.

What to bring

Participants are required to bring their working instruments (ceramic brushes), rotary grinding instruments and loupes to the workshop.
