Steve McGlynn is a registered Dental Prosthetist in practice for over 40 years. He became a certified BPS Laboratory owner and BPS Instructor shortly after its inception 30 years ago. He has frequently lectured and provided clinical and technical training in Australia and New Zealand as well as India, Europe and Japan. He has served as a member on the Dental Technicians Registration Board and the NSW Dental Council where he worked on numerous sub committees and was the chairperson of the Dental Technicians Education Accounts Committee.

With TAFE NSW, Steve was instrumental in implementing and teaching the course “Implant Retained Overdentures” which is the basis for obtaining scope of practice in implant overdentures. Steve has a passion for education, both on a personal level, as well as encouraging and developing further learning for other dental professionals within the industry.
