BioMeDent invites you to attend a lecture plus hands-on Venipuncture & PRF Course. The aim of our course is to teach Dentists and Dental Specialists how to draw blood for the use of making PRF pressed matrix or an Injectable fluid containing the patients own growth factors, leukocytes and mesenchymal stem cells.

This acts as a powerful drug delivery matrix, promoting vascularisation in soft and hard tissue healing.

Learning Objectives

• Effectively draw patient blood to become certified in Venipuncture
• Use centrifuge to spin blood for A-PRF and S-PRF applications
• Make membranes, plugs, injectable liquid and Steak bone graft

During the course you will learn Venipuncture by Dr Michael Walker who hosts the Intravenous sedation program at the University of Sydney. You will become certified in Venipuncture, trained in the applications, indications and contra-indications of PRF, A-PRF and S-PRF, along with how to use the DUO Centrifuge, make PRF pressed matrix, plugs, injectable liquid and a Steak Bone graft.
