This course will allow participants the opportunity to extract a variety of teeth on cadavers with an oral surgeon looking over their shoulder. This will enable the participant to ask questions during the procedure and for the oral surgeon to offer tips and suggestions on extraction. There will be one head per two participants. Due to the nature of the course, availability of teeth to be extracted will vary. The course focuses more on simple extractions rather than difficult surgical procedures. The team of oral surgeons participating in the hands-on course will be headed by A/ Prof Dieter Gebauer.
* Please note that this course will be carried out on human cadavers.
