Clinicians - Lecture and Hands-On Workshop
The importance of soft tissue management around teeth and implants for health and aesthetics is gaining appreciation. A major challenge in implant dentistry is the establishment of a harmonious emergence profile of the implant restoration, which is of more significance in the anterior region.
In order to achieve acceptable results, the clinician must appreciate the significance of soft tissue volume and keratinised width around restorations. Dr George Alexopoulos, Clinical Science and Education manager – Geistlich Pharma Australia and New Zealand will facilitate a short hands-on
workshop dedicated to clinical approaches in soft tissue management. These hands-on exercises will be performed on a novel simulation model.
Objectives:
- Soft Tissue Management
- Use of Geistlich Fibro-Gide®
- Introduction to our Stoma® instrument range
