Day 1 – Full Dentures & Foundations

You will build your understanding from the ground up:

• Computer setup and optimisation for exocad
• Case setup and scan preparation including intra oral scan acquisition and optimisation
• Single arch denture workflow (step-by-step)
• Full upper and lower denture design
• Occlusion, function, and base design
• Preparing designs for digital manufacturing

Outcome:

You will complete both a single arch denture and a full upper & lower denture case

Day 2 – Partial Dentures & Flexible Design

Expand into more advanced workflows:

• Digital surveying and path of insertion
• Framework design (connectors, clasps, structure)
• Tooth setup for partial dentures
• Flexible denture design workflows
• Troubleshooting and design correction
• Preparing files for production

Outcome:

You will complete a partial or flexible denture design ready for manufacturing.
